Group therapy will consist of 4 to 8 people in-person (Closed Group)

Cost: $75 per session (5 weeks = $375)

This Group will focus on psychoeducation of trauma

You will have the opportunity to engage in activities and process trauma.

Group therapy is a way to heal in community. Together you will have support in an intimate and caring way.
